- At the event 'The Spirit of Local Beauty Brands Indonesia' organized by PPA Kosmetika, Followme participated in the event. In this era, the beauty and cosmetics business needs a platform to grow and contribute to the economic growth of our nation, especially for us, the MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in the cosmetics sector. I hope that the beauty and cosmetics industry will continue to grow and gain more recognition in the future.
- Followme Indonesia is determined to play an active role in environmental sustainability by consistently innovating. The innovations by Followme include utilizing natural raw materials available in Indonesia, such as black tea. The goal is to empower black tea farmers and increase the value of black tea. Additionally, we've innovated in our packaging, which is designed to be reusable for daily needs, reducing waste. Another innovation is our effort to minimize plastic waste by repurposing it into customizable bottle caps. It's undeniable that Followme generates waste, but it's our responsibility to ensure that the waste produced can be reused for valuable purposes. Followme Indonesia has already contributed to saving our planet; now it's your turn!
- FOLLOWME has played a crucial role in supporting the COVID-19 task force and frontline institutions in their efforts to break the chain of COVID-19 virus transmission. One of our primary ways of providing support is through the provision of hand sanitizers and oxygen. Through the effective distribution of hand sanitizers, FOLLOWME has helped ensure that the public and healthcare workers have easy access to basic protection. Meanwhile, the supply of oxygen we have provided has been instrumental in addressing the critical shortage of medical equipment during this pandemic. These actions have not only mitigated the risk of virus transmission but have also reinforced awareness of the importance of hand hygiene as an effective preventive measure.
- FOLLOWME practices a sustainable approach to production and waste management. The waste generated by our production processes is sorted and recycled. The recycled waste is then reused in various ways that benefit our employees, such as additional production materials, healthcare facilities, or employee incentives. This approach not only reduces negative environmental impacts but also ensures that we provide direct benefits to our employees, fostering a more positive work environment and creating a sustainable workplace. With this commitment, we are responsible not only to the environment but also to the well-being of our employees, setting a positive example in business practices that prioritize both the environment and employees.
